Stayed during Christmas at a hotel in the heart of a commercial complex. Excellent location with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. the staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. the rooms were neat and clean with beautiful bathroom fittings. We enjoyed the morning breakfast, with delicious options like Puri Bhaji and Paratha. We also appreciated the discounts offered on the room rates, making it a great value for money.

The experience was dampened by the ongoing construction and hammering noises that made sleep difficult at times. the absence of a leaflet highlighting city highlights and attractions was disappointing.

Great location for our city trip with easy access to transportation and a variety of shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and a well-functioning shower. What we enjoyed most was the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.
